Service Credits are a convenient way to purchase professional services from IDS Engineering. Slotting and warehouse layout design are niche professional services that can vary in scope depending on the size, capacity, timing and available skill set of an organization. Many customers are busy with running day-to-day operations and find value with adding professional services from IDS Engineering to expedite while complementing their slotting and warehouse layout needs. Service Credits offer the greatest flexibility to budget and secure the right set of professional services.
One Service Credit equals One hour of professional services. Because service credits are purchased in advance, you realize a discount off the standard hourly rate. Customers who purchase a monthly or annual software plans also receive a bundled set of Service Credits at no additional charge (1 month = 1 Service Credit, 1 year = 12 Service Credits).

Prior to starting a project, IDS Engineering will supply an understanding of scope of services, deliverables, timing, and number of hours to complete the work. Upon customer acceptance, IDS Engineering will then implement the project work. Depending on the level of engineering hours used for a project, IDS Engineering will apply the corresponding debit of service credits from the customer account. Service Credits have a one year life from the date of purchase and can be purchased at any time.
Help Desk support requires either an authorized credit card or an available balance of service credits. Service credits provide a $90 savings over standard help desk rates so customers are encouraged to maintain a bank of credits that can be applied when needed.
