Slot3D™ Success Package (Recommended)
Designed to realize quick success from your Slot3D™ technology investment, this package includes 3-days of onsite value add engagement with the customer team using your specific warehouse layout and operational data.
One of our Slot3D™ technical experts will work directly with your team to configure, train, shadow and mentor using Slot3D™ to solve real-world slotting and warehouse layout problems. Our Slot3D™ expert will spend a total of 40 hours on the success package engagement, which is over 80% savings from standard professional services rates. The added customer specific preparation time ensures that our Slot3D™ expert arrives onsite ready to add value to your team.
The success package invoices separately reasonable Travel/Expense reimbursement including airfare, hotel, ground transportation and meals. Expenses will be passed by customer for approval before booking.
Slot3D™ Success Package Agenda
- 1.5 Days Slot3D™ Expert spends offsite working with customer on importing available data, identifying key slotting and warehouse objectives, customize training content, walk through onsite checklist, etc.
- 1 Day Slot3D™ Custom Training at customer site (note: computers to be provided by customer). Key elements of the Slot3D™ Fundamental Training are provided and tailored to emphasize achieving customer desired slotting and warehouse layout objectives.
- 2 Days at customer site building, mentoring and shadowing the construction of specific customer model(s) and solving slotting/layout objectives. Note, this time is allocated so as to achieve the greatest amount of customer value. Depending on the size of the operation will determine the level of model development and analysis accomplished during the 2 days. The objective is to have the customer sufficiently capable of using Slot3D™ to construct and analyze models to solve slotting and layout objectives once the onsite training concludes.
- 0.5 Day Slot3D™ Expert will periodically check in with customer (30, 60 and 90 days after onsite visit) to follow up on success metrics, validate model(s) and resolve any outstanding user questions.
